Dr. Sam Creekmore had been my family doctor for over 20 years and moving from New Albany and having to see another doctor has been a very difficult adjustment for me as he was such a great and caring doctor for our entire family and we miss him dearly. Because of insurance plans I've had to go from dr. to dr. never getting to really establish a good relationship with one in particular. We moved again, this time to Senatobia. It was a good while before I had to choose a doctor, so I chose Dr. Cockrell here for convenience of not having to drive so far. We are established here now for 15 yrs. and because of many issues I have with pain, back pain, rib fracture, etc. I see the doctor regularly. It has been a blessing that I chose him. He has been such a caring doctor. He's thorough in his treatment, patient and understanding and allows me ample time to vent whatever is bothering me. He is the same with my husband. Having a doctor who cares and one will become your friend as well… is a blessing. We thoroughly trust his judgment. Thank you Dr. Cockrell--we appreciate you.

I had labs done. The Dr. told me to call in for the results. I call in, and get put to a recording that says "you'll receive a card in 10-14 days". Call back, ask for the nurse, get put to the same recorder. Left a total of 4 messages, and never got a call back.
