Dr. Jill C Johnson, DO

I am a runner who was struggling with nerve pain in my leg and feeling unnatural while running. During my first manipulation with Dr. Johnson, I was skeptical, as nothing she did hurt or pulled, and it felt like nothing. However, later that night, my back felt weird, like I'd done a new workout that I wasn't used to. After just one visit, I noticed a huge difference in my leg, and after 3 visits (one per week), I'd say my problem is almost fixed. I can run easily with little pain. She has allowed me to continue running, which makes me happy, as most non-sports-specific doctors will ask you to quit training during an injury. I've also taken my children to her for traditional family-doctor types of things, and her bedside manner with them is great. She's intelligent, confident, friendly, and funny. I would highly recommend her. The only problem is she's super busy and sometimes it's hard to get an appointment., but they've always managed to squeeze us in since we've been clients at that… clinic for many years.

Dr.Johnson is one in a million, she cares so much for you as a patient. She treated me as if I were her only patient. She took her time at my appointment, she listened to my concerns, she goes above and beyond what other doctors have done. She is truely amazing doctor, I highly recommend her.

Doctor Johnson is funny and easy to talk to. Especially when I have been scared she has helped me by making me laugh. I have had the privilige to have her as my doctor for three years and I hope she stays in Mason City once she finishes her residency. If she doesn't there will be alot of people missing her.
