Dr. Jill Levine Hechtman, MD

Never met her until the day the day I had my son. She Made a comment about my weight saying “ I don’t want my staff to hurt their backs trying to lift you!” While I was in labor. She broke my water and I felt like I didn’t get to have a chance to have a natural birth because she said I was taking to long. I just felt like she was annoyed to be their.. I feel like if you act that way to your patients when find a new career! ...,, oh and office was dirty but the staff is nice maybe because she’s never there! Who knows!

I made my appointment with Dr. Hechtman because I wanted a female. I chose Dr. Hechtman because I wanted a female doctor and I wanted someone who I would see each time I needed to go in. I recently lost my long time gynecologist so I was looking for someone whom I could count on. I even verified, twice, that Dr. Hechtman would be the person doing my examination. Imagine my surprise when a young man, not much older than my grandson, walked into the room. He was very kind and professional but I didn't get the care that I needed because I was not comfortable. Gynecology exams are the most personal a woman has to go through. We should not have to be uncomfortable, going through this. I am not searching for another gynecologist because I will not be able to trust this office or doctor again. They were dishonest with me once, I won't give them that opportunity a second time.

Jill Hetchman recently delivered my baby and I can honestly say if it wasn't for the nurses at St. Joseph's Womens, I wouldn't have been able to handle it. She made me feel terrible! She was put out that my nurse called her in to deliver the baby and I wasn't far enough along. It interrupted her time in the lounge. She made the comment... "If this is all she's got, I'm not impressed. This is gonna be a while." I ended up with a tear that she claimed was a 2, but when I finally got up the nerve to check days later l, realized I had stitches end to end. I was in so much pain, I couldn't get out of bed or even move around in the bed. After my baby was born I never saw her again until she popped her head in my room the next morning to ask me if I wanted to go home. She didn't look me over or anything. She then wrote me a prescription that I couldn't even get filled because the pharmacy couldn't make out what she had written. She was a complete nightmare!

I had the pleasure of starting my pregnancy with Dr Jill (as she is known as) and she ended up delivering my baby. I was a c/section because I had one before. She is truly awesome and I am happy she was there for me!!!

I am very disappointed she was not the doctor I was soppouse to have deliver my child but had no choice but to let her deliver my baby. With her and the nurse atthe hospital i ended up having to get a emergency hisorectomy done. Went to follow up to see what went wrong never got a answer and she never new why it happened . tried to see her plenty of times after my child's birth and never seen her again I felt like she was hidden from me it feels like something is wrong.

She is simply the best. No question. She is very busy but makes you feel important and I can tell she knows her stuff. Cannot brag enough about her!!!

DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CHILD TO HAVE BRAIN DAMAGE LIKE MINE ENDED UP WITH!!

Dr Jill delivered my baby and she was awesome. Very friendly, compassionate, and so smart! My favorite doctor!!

I had an annual exam with Dr Hechtman and she was terrific! She identified a problem and we are working it up. I did not know that what was happening was abnormal but thank god she did.... I am very pleased
