Dr. Jillian H Verby Klaucke, MD

My family and I highly recommend Dr. (Verby) Klaucke and think sheâ??s a great doctor. Weâ??ve only ever had positive experiences with her and her staff, and from the moment we walk into the main office we feel welcomed. Both Dr. Klaucke and her medical assistant, Brittany, are personable and put us at ease. Iâ??m a nurse and because of my healthcare background, as well as past experiences Iâ??ve had, I tend to be highly critical of factors such as bedside manner. Dr. Klaucke remembers things about us from previous visits, is respectful of our opinions, and is always able to explain things well. She provides us with thorough answers to our questions and makes suggestions in a way that donâ??t feel judgmental. She also has a daughter, which we feel makes her even more informed when she makes suggestions that are applicable to our baby. I also respect the fact that sheâ??ll be upfront if she is unsure about something, will research or consult a colleague and get back to me with the… answer, or make a referral to an appropriate specialist.
