DR. GREAT. STAFF SUCKS. ALWAYS ON HOLD AND THEN THEY HANG UP. PATHETIC.

Waste of time and copay. Follow up is terrible and Dr. Hilepo appears to be nice, he refers you back to PCP and urologist, performs tests he never calls you back with results and when you question him or his staff, he questions you back. Urologist can do more for your kidneys than he can. No urgency and run around by office staff. NOT WORTH IT!

The doctor himself is great, but the front desk employees are terrible! They are extremely rude and do not care about anything you have to say. Oh yea, if you try to get a referral quickly for an EMERGENCY appointment, you won't get it so good luck. Sad to see such a great doctor with such terrible staff. No matter how hard you work being rude and having an attitude with patients is uncalled for.

I loovvee this office to those of you who always have something negative to say i truely believe you should get a life and a better perspective. Everyone in there works harder than anyone i know. They do care from the doctors to the staff. With so many patients in and out of the office how can you not be in a rush. Seems to me most of you need a sychiatrist not a doctor. Maybe they can help you.

dr hilepo is the most caring doctor i ever met. as a nurse, he is my patient. he saved my father's life, and comforted my family when we lost mom. he has cared for patients without insurance also. these anonymous critcisms are ridiculous. one thing he does NOT do is rush with patients. i would recommend him highly to anyone and am happy he is my own personal physician

dr Jim is the best doctor I know. he is compassionate and understanding. the previous reviewer seems to know nothing about what they are talking about. I am not a doctor, but I do know that Urologists remove stones, not nephrologists. I would recommend dr Hilepo highly as an Internist and Nephrologist, since he sees me for both

I went to him in the hopes of getting help with my kidney stones. I have various in each kidney and my urologist said to see a kidney expert for removing and preventing them. I was surprised at how little was done for me. I saw the doctor for about 2 minutes total. He didn't want to look at my CT Scan or hear about my problems. He right away told me to just give a urine sample and they will take some blood and he will handle it from there. I tried asking questions but he didn't really have much to say when I asked. But went along with his plan. Gave my blood and did the full day urine sample. Waited a week and the office called me back to say they got the results of my tests and everything was fine and he won't need to see me again for a few months. I was surprised by this as I wasn't going to him to check my blood or urine levels, I still have various kidney stones in me that I need to take care of and need to know what is causing them and what to do about them as they are… in various places in each kidney and not moving. I feel that I was rushed in and out of the the office and my problem wasn't dealt with in the slightest. I'm sure as an internist he is fine but as a kidney specialist I will be looking elsewhere. I can't really say much about him as it was such a fast service. Two co pays later I was in and out of there with nothing really being done. Thank goodness I made appointments with other doctors just in case but no I won't be going back to him again for my kidney problems. My regular doctor could have done the tests he did.
