Salud Pediatrics

Sarah has been seeing my kids from day 1! She has helped my little boy grow and prosper since he was 6 weeks early he’s now well passed where he needs to be on the growth chart! My little girl had RSV and Sarah has made she she had appropriate aftercare and took all necessary precautions to make sure there wasn’t lasting damage. Her opinion is well sought after and appreciated and we are lucky to have her as our care physician

The doctors and nurses are fine and we have liked the care we received, however, the office staff and billing process is flawed. They charge your credit card for services without even sending bills to their patients and when you call to ask for a copy of the bill the office manager gives attitude. That alone made us switch doctors.

We have been with Dr Betancourt for 11 years, ever since my son was born (we met her before he was even born). She is very nice, very careful of making diagnosis, and a very good pediatrician. We love Dr. Betancourt.

I love both Dr. Betancourt and the CNP that also works here. My problem is with the office staff and nurses. They are show little compassion to my kids and hardly say a word. We have been going here since moving to the area 5 years ago and I am contemplating switching to another office due solely to the staff. My kids are 5, 7 and 9. Someone needs to train the office staff and nurses on friendliness, compassion and follow up...my guess it won't be the office manager as he doesn't seem to lead by much example and every time I call, he is never there. It takes multiple messages to even get a call back...days later. How do you manage an office without being in the office?

I believe the office practice of needing to have a credit card number on file for every patient is discrimination to those who choose not to use credit cards. I have been a victim of credit fraud, and physician offices are notorious for having staff turnover. A credit card number could be used by anyone for anything, and any amount.

Staff is bad. They never treat patients nice always make faces. Dont answer the question we ask. no flow up calls. Never!!!!!!!!!service is very bad.

I've gone to several pediatricians in the area. They are all nice. But Dr. Betancourt and her staff are on a different level. Not only does Dr. Betancourt know her stuff, but she is caring and compassionate. And her staff is always happy. That says a lot about that practice.

Dr. Betancourt is absolutely the best. Her staff is also a great. Very customer service friendly. I recommend her to all my family, neighbors and friends

Dr. Betancourt is very caring and great with kids, you really feel like she cares about you and your child's health. I'm glad we found her office.
