Good Practitioner, Poor Communication With Staff

So, basically your inital impression once you enter the office is based on the first person you meet which is usually the receptionist at the front desk. That person sets the mood for what is to be expected when going to see a new physician. This office fails in this regard for receptionist and medical assistants are neither very friendly nor professional. While this physician is friendly and so-seemingly competent, communication is broken down when she delegates staff to relay messages.
