Even though I received enough information on what to expect with my procedure, it was my first time so I was feeling anxious. From the moment I checked in, the entire staff went out of their was to make me feel comfortable. They explained what I was about to go through and answered my questions. It was clear that the staff loved their job and were an extended family. Once I went into the procedure room I was greeted by Doctor Chen and the rest of his outstanding staff. Once again they explained everything and made sure I didn’t have any unanswered questions. The procedure was simple and much faster than I thought it would be and without any discomfort. The entire time during the procedure I was communicating with Doctor Chen and he was explaining every step. Even though I had twilight anesthesia, I was still fully aware and engaging with the doctor. I was actually watching a TV showing me everything that was taking place. I credit Doctor Chen and his bedside manner as well as… his great communication as to why I didn’t feel any discomfort. For an unwanted procedure, I had on of the best experiences in my life in a surgical environment. Thank you Doctor Chen and your entire fantastic Staff!

I've been going to Dr Chen for years, he's a knowledgeable, caring, thorough GI doctor. I appreciate his care very much. Lately I've called the office to make an appointment, I was very disappointed of the unprofessional and rude manner I was treated. What a bad experience!

Overall experience has been good. I have sever GERDs and it is an on going problem to get it under control. We are making progress but it is slow..
