If you enjoy begging to be seen, treated like you do matter, never seeing the doctor, dealing with PA's who memoize crap and have no case knowledge, getting over charged by the hospital because they didn't follow insurance protocols and are being forced to pay 40,000 out of pocket, forced to arrive 4 hours ahead of surgery, office is a total mess and dysfunctional on the best day, then this is the place for you. If you expect to be treated with respect and would like to see the doctor, then you need to go somewhere else. This doctor believes he doesn't have to meet you or talk to you and will type on his computer and PA will say a few words. Had to complain to UHC about him. Got a card for UHC explaining what was done and where and the information was in the wrong places and was a mess. The level of either inability or don't care attitude is unreal. I won't do anything at UHC anymore.

Dr is an excellent doctor but the only problem I have is he was paid twice for a visit I had in November of last year once by Medicare and he sent me a bill for 100.00 and I paid that thinking I owed him money he now owes me 60.83 and have not received that back and have tried for months and money still hasn't come. I really hate to report this to the better business bureau but I have no choice I have tried for seven months now. Even wrote him a letter called his office just have gotten the run around. And still nothing. But as far as a doctor he was excellent. Thanks..
