Dr. John Martin Andersen, MD

STAFF WAS CARING AND CURTEOUS. I WAS ABLE TO GET APPOINTMENT AS NEEDED. DOCTOR CAREFULLY REVIEWEED MY CONDITION AND SUGGESTED MY PAYING CLOSER ATTENTION TO MY HEALTH AND WELL BEING, RESPECTFULLY AND PERSONALLY.

I had went to Dr. John Andersen's Father Edwin Andersen before he passed away. I have been going to Dr. John Andersen ever since. A very caring and old school practice. I highly recommend. He is a great Doctor.

I am a new patient and I am trying to make an appointment with him. But I am still waiting for them to see if they got my paper work from my other doctor and they told that they were going to call me if they got my paper work, which they neve call me back. Its been a month since they seen me and they told me that they going to call but they never did. I will not go to him if they haven't got my paper work.

Doctor Anderson is a very caring doctor which you don't find. He is concerned about your well being and I was glad that he told me to exercise and eat properly. Would very much reccommend Dr. Anderson

I have been a patient at this practice for nearly 30 years until now.The office personnel (short boxed dyed hair woman) Is extremely rude and is doing a poor job at being the face of this practice.They should shove her in the back where no one sees or hears her ever again or even better fire her!!She really needs a refresher course on manners.

I am so beyond saddened and shocked by what I had just experienced at this practice with Dr. Andersen and his staff. To make a long story short, Dr. Andersen refuses to fax my insurance company a checklist for the medication he prescribed me, therefore my insurance has denied coverage. The insurance rep made it very clear what needs to be sent to them and how quick and easy it is to complete. The front desk lady lied to me and said that they did fax the info and my insurance has denied me for the 2nd time. THEY MADE THAT UP and nothing was sent. They go on to say that a symptoms checklist can't be filled out because Dr. Andersen did not leave any notes from my appointment . WHY DIDN'T HE? He gives me 2 options - 1. See a specialist and have them prescribe me or 2. Pay out of pocket. I did not ask for any specific medication, I only asked for HELP. I can only continue to go to Dr Andersen if I pay out of pocket because he flat out refuses to help me. I'm sick to my stomach thinking… about their complete disregard of a person in need of help. I'm shocked and disgusted and if this review prevents even one person from going through the stress and dodging this unprofessional practice then it's worth it. You should be reported.

I have never wrote a bad review about anything ever, however, I am so shocked and saddened at the lack of care and unwillingness to help me as a patient. My insurance required a check list of symptoms to be sent along with the requested prescription . Not only did Dr. Andersen not send the check list (no big deal, possibly forgot or didn't know it was needed ) but he flat out refused to send it altogether. He gave a message to the front desk ladies that I have to either pay out of pocket or see a specialist for the medicine that HE recommended and wrote me. Never did he mention this during my appointment with him. The only conclusion I can come to is that he flat out does not feel like filling out a checklist. He will continue to keep me as a patient, however, if I pay out of pocket?! It makes no sense. Also, the front desk lied to me and said that they did send it the necessary details but I was denied for the second time. After speaking to my insurance provider, they informed that… they absolutely did not make any attempt. It sickens me that they are refusing to help. I don't care what medicine is given to me, I just need help! Disgraceful practice, doctor and staff!

Worst doctor ever. I gotta pull teeth every time I call and I never go to the doctors at all maybe first time in years and now I go and the lady on phone is ignorant calls u a lair. They sent a referral to specialist and now there sitting on the phone arguing with me telling me they didn't but specialist got the referral from them. They are the worst propel to deal with or go see. Not to mention the doctor never looks u over he just ask questions about stuff that doesn't pertain to why ur their does nothing not even look at u and sends u on ur way. IF YOU WERE SMART DO NOT PICK THIS DOCTOR STAY AWAY. I PROMISE YOU WILL HA E THE WORST EXPERIENCE YOU EVER HAD AT A DOCTORS AND THIS SHOULDN'T BE NO WHERE NEAR LIKE THIS. THEY ALL SHOULD GO GET A DIFFERENT JOB CAUSE CLEARLY IT'S A PROBLEM FOR THEM TO DO THEIR JOB WHICH I CAN'T UNDERSTAND.

It must of been the junkies u prescibe pills to. that wrote a review for this. Cause people like me that are really in pain u do nothing for and give me nothing for it. I have a fracture in my spin and all he can do is nothing. But then turn around and prescribe junkies whatever they want and there dont be nothing wrong with them. meanwhile people like me have to suffer in pain.when we really the one hurt and need it. But no youll give a dude john selfinger all the pain killers in the world and aint nothing wrong with him. I seen this dude buy a cane at pharmacy across street go in doctors acting like he is hurt and they give him whatever he wants then walks out and returns the cane and now all of the sudden he is just fine. really thou. Ur a doctor and u cant tell who is in real pain and who aint. Yes im sure u can u just rather make the good people suffer while u give the junkies whatever they want

He is wonderful !!! You might wait a little over your appointment time , but he spends the time with you so you feel that you have the right diagnostic.
