Dr. Christoforetti was recommended to me by my family's long term knee surgeon because I had traveled out of state for a hip scope 20 years ago when they were far less common; I did a lot of research on surgeons that might be available to me here in DFW now and am very fortunate to have been guided to see one of the best in the field of hip arthroscopy - AND who is now here in DFW. He answered ALL of my questions and showed me the x-rays so that I could see what we were talking about. He knew my former hip surgeon (someone who has trained many others and is out of state, Thomas Byrd, MD). If another hip scope were warranted, I would choose him, hands-down. As it stands, I am likely needing hip replacement, and he works closely with the surgeon I'll be seeing for that. He is smart, professional, and saved me multiple trips and what-ifs and conjecture. He provided clear, unequivocal answers. His staff is also top-notch, clearly a team that enjoys working for him and is patient-focused.
