I have never in my life at 70 years of age met and been treated by a Doctor who profiles the attributes of Dr. Kelley. He is truly a person who cares a great deal about his Patients, displays and exercises his Medical skills to the very highest level of his profession. He doesn't rush his patients, responds to any questions, is an outstanding, to say the least, Diagnostician. His bedside manner is courteous, friendly and comforting as you are treated. I believe I can summarize by saying that Dr. Kelley epitomizes everything which is great and what we look for in the Medical profession. My only regret is that this rating system does not offer FIVE stars for most assuredly therein lies my choice in all categories. I must also say that his office staff is the very finest I have ever encountered.

Dr. Kelley is without a doubt the finest Dr. I have ever had. He epitomizes the very finest in the Medical Profession ie. outstanding care, knowledgable, compassionate, exc. bedside manners, encouraging, explains everything in perfect detail. As a College Professor in the Health allied fields I feel very qualified to comment in these areas. Please believe me he is the finest. May God Bless him. I thought my only option would be surgery.Nice to know that he patiently explained my options and went with physical therapy for a while. I really liked his bedside manner and patience explaining things i didn't understand. I wasn't just given pain meds and a surgery date. I would highly recommend Dr.Kelley.

Dr. Kelley operated on me to correct a meniscus problem. After a couple of weeks I was in tremendous pain and unable to sleep as a result. He dismissed my problem and told me to come back for injections. I finally went to another doctor who found I had a bone fraction. His arrogance caused me months of pain.
