Dr. John Francis Dalton IV, MD

Okay, the "average wait time" of 13 minutes is not correct. Unless you are one of the first patients of the day or the first patient after lunch it could be two or three times longer. That said, long waits are not unusual for Piedmont orthopedists. My rotator cuff surgery was a year ago and Dr. Dalton did an excellent job -- I'm totally better, although intensive physical therapy was necessary. On my last visit I thought my other shoulder had gone out, but Dr. Dalton reassured me it had not, and was not at all put out that it was a false alarm -- "That's what I'm here for," he said. "Call again if you have any other problems." I definitely will.

Dr. Dalton is very professional. He listens is is very honest and transparent. He doesn't just tell you what you want to hear. I am very pleased to have him as my Dr.

Dr Dalton listened to all my concerns after trigger finger surgery. He is knowledgeable and very good at treatment for your specific need. Its been 5 weeks since my trigger finger surgery and its hard to see even a scar. He is Amazing. I recommend him highly and wont see anyone else in the future. Staff is also very friendly, attentive and helpful.

Dr.Dalton meets expectations and beyond. He has the BEST staff as well. Everyone is so welcoming and makes you feel more than just a patient. Dr.Dalton is very compassionate, thorough and bedside manner during a procedure is UNMATCHED. My insurance has forced me to choose another network but I chose to pay just to get the outstanding treatment he and his team provides.

Little wait time in lobby and in exam room. Dr. Dalton readily answers all questions. My surgery was very successful.

Enjoyed meeting the doc. Hopefully he doesn’t have to get invasive. Haha. Thanks for thbhekp
