I've been to some dermatologists in Bethesda area who seem primarily interested in foisting expensive treatments on the patient. Dr. Digiovanna is interested in the patient, analyzing the problem and finding a solution - and he'll take whatever time in necessary to provide the medical treatment or advice that is called-for.

My wife and I have gone to Dr. D for years and were astonished at how quickly we get in and out and how much he would do in the office - freezing off pre-cancerous lesions, removing by scalpel suspicious moles, etc. He will look you over without clothing and his eyes are a lab. He is also a researcher for NIH. We recommend him highly.
