Update... called several times more and left more messages with the office and still no callback, and I still don't have my test results yet!!! I already called my lawyer, to see what steps I can take if any... I can't believe this is happening, all I want are my results back!

Approx. 4 months ago, I had a sonogram and blood work done... I had an appointment/follow up (@4:40pm), and as I was heading to the office and got caught up in traffic and thought I might be late, so I called in at 4:30 and the message said they were closed! I turn around and head back home. I have been calling now for 2 MONTHS now!!!! to get my results and I've have left 10 MESSAGES, spoke with the STAFF, voiced my frustration.... AND STILL NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I need my results, then finding a new Dr.

He rushes, constantly has a revolving door of staff and does not listen well. He has misdiagnosed me and myself and my pharmacy has had to call him several times to refill a prescription even after telling him during my office visit that I needed refills. Very disappointed and I switched to a new doctor a couple of months ago

He is a God send. One of the most compassionate doctors I've ever come across, and I've seen MANY. I was a patient of his for a very long time (14 yrs). I moved out of state for a few years and returned just a couple of yrs ago. I can honestly say, "I could not wait to be back under his care". I am a very rare case as far as my condition and various diseases, which happen to cause me to be a very high maintenance patient. He goes great lengths in his effort to help me. He definitely goes above and beyond what is expected of a GP. He doesn't just send you off to specialists and let them handle it all, he works WITH them, stays on top of ALL that is going on with testing/treatments etc. He is extremely knowledgeable in many areas. I am very grateful to have a Doctor like JB Forward! I have, and will continue, to recommended him to all.
