Love this practice

Had been searching in Battle Creek for a DO as my favorite former family practice doctor moved to Wisconsin. Had kind of a bad experience with a family practice group affiliated with Bronson in Kalamazoo and I feel like the office staff and nurse practitioner in Dr. Collins' office is very caring. However, I wish they would ditch the laptop computers - know they have to key everything in for insurance purposes, but that is the only negative I see with this practice.

Dr. Collins is very thorough. I find him to be genuine and very caring. The office is efficient. The staff is friendly but too conversational. Overall I feel comfortable going to his practice and feel welcomed whenever I am there.

Think thrice not twice before you chose to have him as your health care provider!

He is extremely rude, arrogant, moderate at diagnosing the problem, does'nt spend any time with the patient nor responds appropriately to the needs of the patient. He should just retire from his profession if he is incapable of providing the top quality care to the patients.
