His skill level was above and beyond. Always straight forward and honest. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a urologist.

Spent a number of years under his care. Found him very disinterested in dealing with you as a person. Won't answer questions. Seems to have a routine treatment protocol that he will never vary from, so don't bother asking why. Gives you the impression that he relishes finding something wrong with you and appears disappointed if he doesn't. Office staff (which he calls "the girls") is very cold and disinterested -- just like Janeiro himself. All in all, I respect his credentials, but he's a urologist who needs to upgrade his patient interaction techniques to the 21st century.

Reportedly one of the best urologists in the state, reflected by the difficulty in getting an appointment. Their office moves 'em in-and-out here; you get the feeling Dr. J. always has his foot out the door to his next appointment. Still, he's worth it.

Very busy and spends very little time with you. I sometimes get the impression he hopes he finds something wrong with you so he can do his thing treating you, which he seems to greatly enjoy.
