More about Dr. John Harold Kaschko
A Washington native, I was born at Fort Lewis and spent most of my youth in Federal Way, with a brief stay in Fort Missoula, Montana. I completed my undergrad and medical degree at the University of Washington. I am married with three children. My early career goal was to be a marine biologist, as I have always enjoyed science. But because I also like to work with people, medicine was a much better fit. In addition to working as a clinician, I also work with the Kaiser Permanente information technology group to help improve our electronic medical record system and the online patient portal. I appreciate this organization because I get to work with an excellent staff and practice medicine the way I believe it should be done, in a non-profit environment.
