With his gentle voice, Dr. Landry, OB/Gyn, talks about being raised on gumbo in the steamy summers of an oil and seafood town called Houma, Louisiana. Growing up in a family that included various professions in the medical field, a passion for practicing medicine has come naturally. He is a graduate of the Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana. Dr. Landry completed his Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency at Ochsner Foundation Hospital in New Orleans, and is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology since 1987. "I am looking forward to continuing my practice in Connersville and Brookville," said Dr. Landry. "I am excited to serve the community and hope to meet more community members in the near future." Dr. Landry's practice provides routine and high risk prenatal care, cesarean sections and epidural anesthesia. Sterilization procedures can also be done during the same admission for delivery of your newborn. Complete gynecological services are available including: yearly exams with pap smears, evaluation of abnormal paps, management of menstrual irregularities, infertility evaluations, birth control and menopause. Some of the surgical procedures provided include: D & C, hysteroscopy, laparoscopy for sterilization or endometriosis and abdominal and vaginal hysterectomy.
