Dr. John Milton Nichols, DO

He was amazing with both of my both deliveries looking forward to a third.

Wasn't my doctor but ended up delivering my baby. He had the worst bedside manner. Didn't talk to me at all during my labor or even after!!! Was gone the minute I delivered. Acted annoyed he was even there and my pushing took to long. My baby also ended up with meningitis and had to be transferred to a different hospital. Worst doc and experience ever!!!!! This was a few years ago. I switched doctors and hospitals for my other children because of my experience with him.

Dr. Nichols is my favorite doctor! He always takes his time and makes sure that all of my questions are answered

He is great people person. He is willing to spend time with patients explaining information. He is also able to show empathy and compassion.

Dr. Nichols is INCREDIBLE! He has been my OB for over 10 years. One of my favorite things about him, is that if he is done with the checkup, and starts to walk out, and you ask him a question, he closes the door, walks back to his chair and talks to you like it's the most important thing he'll do all day, and he never makes you feel like your questions are silly or dumb. I never mind waiting for him (not that I have to very often), because I know he gives his patients 100% of his time ALL of the time, and that I'll get that same service when it's my turn. He's SO AMAZING, and caring! His staff is incredible too! There aren't enough stars for Dr. Nichols!

Dr. Nichols helped me with all 3 of my children, 2 of them being high risk pregnancies. He always took time to spend quality time with me and really make sure I had everything I needed. He was available for questions at any time and was very thorough and patient. He was even supportive of my use of hypnobirthing. I would recommend him to anyone!

BEST OB EVER!!! Out of 4 OBs, Dr. Nichols was the only one who discovered that I had Factor 5. He followed my care very closely and was very attentive to me, my pregnancy fears (weird dreams will do that), and my gestational diabetes. Recommend 1000x's over for medical know-how, and 1000x's more for bedside manner. Very knowledgeable and personable. My most favorite of all my OBs. I recommend him to all my friends.

This is my 8th pregnancy and this is my first time going to Dr. Nichols because of an insurance change. I am switching from Dr. Nichols to a new Dr. because he has the worst bedside manner I have ever encountered. He hounded me about my weight, which was a very normal amount for each of my pregnancies. When there was a bit of protein leaking into my urine after I'd already passed my glucose tolerance test he was very demeaning about what I'd eaten for breakfast before my appointment. Do NOT go to Dr. Nichols.

He always seemed rushed! Especially after the delivery, he prob didn't spend one minute in my room after my c section. Prob won't go back to him

When i went to see Dr. Nichols the first time I had just discovered I was five and half weeks pregnant. I was extremely nervous about our appointment because I have a lot of medical issues and anxiety. Dr. Nichols made me feel welcome, calm and respected. He listened to my, and my husbands, concerns and discussed everything with us until we felt at ease. I am thrilled he is going to deliver our baby. I require a c-section and he has helped me come to terms with this. I have never had a male doctor, and will admit I was nervous. He is incredibly professional, funny, kind and wonderful!!! My husband is equally pleased.
