1 hour delay in the waiting room... - 1 hour delay in the waiting room, which I totally understand I just would have expected more communication about.It took far too long to go through the various hoops to schedule this procedure, from my (now gone) primary care provider, to the consulting urologist (who doesn't perform surgeries and had to refer me on), to the actual procedure, which itself was a pretty simple surgery done under local anaesthetic.But Dr Mullen was excellent. Consultative, listened to me, gave me options, explained things and generally made me feel human and like I was in the room (which unfortunately isn't always the case among health care providers). Really glad to have had him as my surgeon.
