Dr. John David Nehme, MD

I am a paraplegic and have had numerous UTIs and Dr Nehme has been so helpful with that and more. Very personable and knowledgeable.

Dr. Nehme provided me with not only outstanding competent care but with a caring heart by doing was would help my condition the most. This is a lacking quality in doctors today. I went to him after being admitted through the Emergency Room to a hospital near me and seeing by another urologist. Also, his office staff is extremely pleasant and efficient.

As a patient of Nehme, I really appreciated the time he took to explain the procedure. However, his front desk staff Angie has a horrible attitude and has a negative affect on my overall rating for this practice! She is short tempered and even yelled when I was trying to explain the importance of the lack of attention to documents dropped off to be completed and signed by Dr. Nehme. Angie was also very nonchalant and lack customer service skills which is very important for her role as frontline staff. I called to report symptoms I was experiencing from the surgery and she barely acknowledged stating that it’s only discomfort when I was in extreme pain. Angie and her lack of empathy for patients is a poor representation of Dr. Nehme!

I was pleased with the care I received from Dr. Nehme. Dr. Nehme's assistants were welcoming and efficient. Dr. Nehme answered my questions and concerns. I didn’t feel rushed during the appointment. A follow-up appointment was made before I left his office.

He made me lose a kidney. He blasted a stone, and couldn't be bothered to take out the pieces, and a 3 mm stone got stuck in the ureter, and after 3 stents, he had ruined my ureter, and I ended up losing the kidney because of it.

The service here absolutely sucks! The customer service is the worst I've ever had at any medical establishment! The desk clerk is rude & has a European accent that makes her nearly impossible to understand! If you have test results & want to know about them, you feel it is important to know your results, but he doesn't care. As long as he gets your insurance companies money that's all he seems to care about. If you have a appointment be prepared to wait at least a 30-45 minutes before your seen! This place is supposed to help you with a problem, but once you go there, he becomes another problem in its self!! Please for your sanity don't screw yourself by going here, trust me & all the other who posted!!

It is very important that any patient that wants to have any relation with this "Doctor" and his staff be aware of the lack of professionalism in every aspect. This guy has terrible manners with the patients and always with an arrogant attitude towards people besides that the real time face to face with him during the appointments is not more than 5 minutes even with no more patients waiting for him. I had proof of the lack of respect, care and consideration toward me as a person and as a patient of him. I had a surgery for today and his staff cancelled it for me only three hours before of the surgery time. They never called me to let me know about a prescription that I had to take days before surgery. They never call me to make an appointment because he was supposed to talk to me in person. I called one day before surgery and they said "Oh by the way, the doctor wants to see you in one hour", I went to the Stuart office that is far away from the one that I am supposed to go, and when… I almost arrived there , they called me to let me know that the Dr. Nehme is not going to see any patient that afternoon but that for sure he would call me any time that afternoon to talk about something they did not have any idea. Guess what? Never called me. Today the surgery was programmed at 11:30 a.m and one of the unproffesional assistants of him, called me at 8:30 a.m telling me that the surgery was cancelled .I asked to talk to him directly and he sent me the message that he was very busy to talk to me (I CALL THIS COWARDY), and the assistant was defending him and she never accepted their responsibility and their fault in my suffering. I had to make arrangements in my whole life regarding the babysitting of my little girl, my husband asking days off at work and now I have to start again with a new specialist for my problem before all this chaos that is HIS FAULT makes me sicker and in danger. PLEASE GET ANOTHER SPECIALIST AND LET OTHER PEOPLE KNOW ABOUT THIS CHARACTER CALLS HIMSELF "DOCTOR". SAVE YOURSELF OF THE SAME NIGHTMARE THAT I EXPERIENCED BECAUSE OF HIM AND HIS STAFF. I HAD PROOF OF EACH FACT THAT I EXPOSED HERE. I WILL CONTACT THE HEALTH ORGANIZATIONS IN CHARGE TO INVESTIGATE THESE KIND OF COMPLAINTS BECAUSE EVERY HUMAN BEING DESERVES RESPECT AND ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU ARE SICK.

After returning home from surgery I fellt poorl and he returned my call and called again the next daqy nad set me up for an early appointment. He has a genuine acring attitude.

Horrible experience. The office manager, Stephanie is incompetent and rude. Our appointment was canceled the day of, only 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time by their office. Then the new appointment day and time was misread to us. They did not bother to call and confirm our appointment so we had no way of knowing that we were given the wrong info. The receptionist and office manager are both RUDE and when asked to explain some insurance information they were incompetent. After being dicked around by this office I called to complain and because of my complaint I was treated terribly and the office manager said she was cancelling our appointment after we had waited over a month and half to see this doctor.
