Rhinoplasty Malfunction After being fast talked into booking my procedure, the location was changed twice, as was the doctor. Originally it was supposed to be a different doctor. Immediately after the procedure the doctor went on vacation so when I noticed something was not right there was no record of the procedures done (only the doctor can transcribe supposedly) so no one could help. After three months I finally made it back to the center (out of state customer) only for him to say it was scar tissue. I have a tough time with this because it appeared within three days of the surgery. By the time he saw it it probably was just scar tissue. Two months later I still look like an avatar. I have been trying to contact the center for a week and nothing. I requested my medical records and have not received them yet.

After two surgeries the Dr. did not removed all unwanted fat, I'm not overweight and have very little fat to be removed, Dr. Pinella did a good job the first surgery, but the second not very good, he did not removed anything, now they want me to undergo to a third liposuction procedure. Lot of pain and waste of money for nothing.

He did not give me the look i wanted. He also did not care about my pain.

Dr. Pinella made my rhinoplasty 3 yrs ago. He placed a silicone too high, higher than my eyebrows. I thought I would come down eventually as time goes by. Now it has been past 3 years and it is still visible higher than my eyebrows. He did a very awful job considering I paid $7,000. Dr. Pinella did not even have much time to speak to me of the post procedure. I had only 10 mins and said swelling was gone and it looks good and never asked of my opinion. I was so frustrated because it is still bothering so much. He did not ask of what my expectations or what I kind of look for my nose that I like. He just did whatever he wanted for my nose. He definitely has poor communication skills. My advice is to find a plastic surgeon, who has before and after procedure pictures and who will listen and follow what you foresee for yourself.

He took time in the evaluation. He seems too have alot of knowledge and passion for his profession.

I had come to know regret ever since I decided to do a cosmetic procedure with this man. I had a neck and lower face lift. Notr only I had complication, but the scars are horrible. I have to wait years before any doctor can repair the damage this uncapable man did. He has negatively changed my life the way my face looks.

I went to see him about 7 years ago (when he was with one of the centers) for a breast lift and augmentation. I have a 33 inch back and am size 2. I told him I wanted to be a full C...I came out about a DDD. We agreed that I should have another procedure about a month later (I had to pay anesthesia/operating supplies/new implants)...I still came out a full DD. After all these years I am finally searching for the RIGHT doctor to finally fix the mess he created and end my back pain.
