Dr. Jack is a great doc...that said sometimes his office staff is not helpful, non bending, not empathetic. They are the weak link in the practice

Dr. Jack Manzella is in a class by himself. His compassionate and professional demeanor takes a typical health check-up to the NEXT LEVEL of patient care. Jack shows a genuine interest in his patients on a holistic level. His staff, particularly Debbie (who works in the Palmerton office), is efficient and polite - even where working under pressure. Not only does Dr. Jack take the time to evaluate health concerns during appointments, he makes himself available and responds to emergency calls. Dr. Jack is an awesome doctor. The first time i saw him he went over my entire family health history. He's so easy to talk to he makes it easy to answer the awkward questions. Based on my family history he sent me for a colonoscopy 5 years earlier than the recommended time. i thought that was strange until the results came back that they had found something. he's a funny guy and that helps a lot with the whole exam process. I'm not a big fan of going to the doctor but going to see Dr. Jack is not stressful for me at all. I really do think he's a great doctor

At the age of 53, I recently began seeing Dr. John Manzella as my primary care physician. I was impressed with the ease of getting my first appointment, wait time was less than 15 minutes. He was extremely thorough in his examination. He ordered diagnostic testing in order to determine any medical issues that I may have. During the entire visit , this doctor was attentive. He actually listened to me as I talked about my symptoms. I did not feel rushed and when I left that office I was extremely happy with my choice to be a patient of his practice. Since that first visit, I have had the usual illnesses that coincide with the changing seasons. Again, I was impressed at the attentiveness of his staff as they scheduled a quick appointment so that i would be seen and medicated appropriately.

Dr. Jack is a very intellegent and caring doctor. He makes everyone feel at ease and listens to all their issues respectively.

Dr. Jack has always had an amazing energy that you as the patient feel. Dr. Jack exemplifies the characteristics that have been lost to some extent in this day and age. He has an amazing bed side manor, humor, he knows you and it willing to listen to you and you always get the impression that he not only cares about your well being, but you can feel he has a passion for medicine and treating those who need his help with all the love and compassion of a member of your family. I would refer anyone to Dr. Jack!

I think Dr. Manzella is a wonderful doctor. He is very caring and I would highly recommend him to anyone. His office staff was very courteous and helpful.

Dr. Jack is the type of physician that is human and willing to talk to his patients on their level to explain medical issues. He is great at making analogies to everyday situations in order to explain a medical issue and uses humor to spruce up what could be a stressful experience. I have seen him mostly for minor issues but would easily think of him first as a starting point for a potentially major health condition. Thanks Dr jack for the great work you do!!

I have tried a couple of pediatricians in this area and Dr. Manzella takes the cake. He is an awesome pediatrician with a hysterical personality. He totally puts my son at ease. He is clearly very knowledgeable and educates me each time I take my son there. I couldn't ask for a better pediatrician. Highly recommend!
