I went to visit this clinic for the first time a year ago. The clinic was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. All was great. I love my CPAP and sleep better than ever. Fast forward to this week. I’m due for my yearly follow up. The clerk says I must PAY to see the Dr via teleconference then PAY to see the doctor in person after the Covid Pandemic. I thought that was wrong to charge twice for one yearly evaluation. I asked to speak to Dr Schwab who owns the clinic. They refused to let me speak and voice my concern. His nurse told me I could talk to him in the teleconference. I told her I wasn’t paying $75 to voice my complaint. She told me to have a nice day and come back after they reopen which would be fine except they won’t send me my supplies until I pay for the teleconference visit! I think it’s just downright wrong to do this at this time. I can afford the two visits but what about those that can’t afford it?!?! I used to recommend this clinic. NEVER… AGAIN!
