An awful experience, the man is seemingly incapable of simple communication: I had to pry even the most basic information about my injury out of him as he was not at all forthcoming, and other than asking over & over if I wanted painkillers (I made it clear I didn't) he had nothing whatever to offer. He also kept calling me the wrong name, three times, which is pretty annoying and when I asked him to please use my name he replied "I'm not perfect." He is correct about that. He also can't decide whether my injury is to my sacrum or coccyx, saying first the former, then the latter, and putting the latter in his notes - so which is it? Zero empathy, zero information, just "how many pain pills do you want?"

Very knowledgeable. Knew exactly what was wrong with me, even before the MRI results came back. Came up with an excellent plan for treating my condition. Carefully explained and demonstrated the surgery I will need. Reassuring and compassionate!

Very helpful, made the right diagnosis, operation was a success, would highly recommend.

I couldn't be happier with the results of my back surgery. Dr. Sefter is extremely caring and knowledgable and I'm not using any pain meds!!!

My name is shafiq Blake and I just wanted to say that dr. Setter is very rude and rushed me out of my last appointment within one minute at my last appointment. He told me that “I’m fine” and to “live with my issue” and tried to walk away. I started swearing at him and told him to get back here because I just got to my appointment and I called him a b**** (female dog) because of how rude he was and he called the cops on me lol.
