Dr. John Paul Sersanti, MD

Dr. John Sersanti has been my Primary Doctor for about a year. He is an Excellent Internal Medicine Doctor. He really cares about his patients. Always there when you need him. Very thorough and always gives you a report about your visit. Always returns your calls to make sure you are OK. Monitors you when your not. Would Highly Recommend him to anyone who is looking for a Really Good Internal Medicine Doctor or a Primary Physician. Nancy

Stayed with this dr for too long. He and his staff have zero interest in the patients. Calls are often not returned and if they are, they are rude. The dr ignores you while staring at his computer screen keeping his back to you to Indy out are unworthy of his attention. He talks down to you and has a very condescending attitude. If you need his staff to contact insurance or get pre authorization for meds, they whine and complain they are too busy. You are only asking them to do their job and then the final insult the dr called screamed at me that he could not waste any more time on me and hung up while I tried to speak to him. I finally had had enough and fired him.

I went into this office filled out all the paperwork and was told it would be about six weeks before I can get a new patient appointment they wouldn’t give me an appointment until they put all the information in the computer after several days I had to call back they still hadn’t put the information in the computer and still wouldn’t give me an appointment an hour telling me it’s almost 3 months to get a new patient appointment

Dr. Sersanti has an average personality but seems stuck in his diagnosis. doesn't want to see another point of view.

Doctor Sersanti is very kind and caring. His staff is very helpful in insurance matters and appointment times. Very pleased.

Caring and willing to spend time to address all your health needs

Dr. Sersanti is a very friendly, knowledgeable & caring doctor. He treats both me & my husband. I called the office to give them some information regarding my husband. I didn't ask him to call me back but he did. We are so grateful that he took the time to call me & see how my husband was doing.

Dr. Sersanti has a great bedside manner which is very important to me. My husband and I have been going to him for about 8 months now and we both think he is a good Doctor. He explains everything to us thoroughly and he is always willing to listen to us. The girls in the office are friendly and courteous.

Dr. Sersanti at first was a great Dr. to me. He changed and seems to be not paying attention to me as he once was. Does not answer any questions that I ask anymore. Very dissapointing. I am looking for someone else at this time. I find his bed side manner on the rude side.

Dr.Sersanti has been my physician for past4-5 years,very easy to talk to,listens to your problem&does very good exam .go see him ,you'll be very pleased
