Terrible outdated provider.

Receptionist's are rude and confrontational. Lacking in social skills with a very bad customer service attitude.

He can not be bothered. He should retire and let a more caring and patient physician replace him.

Dr. Sierocki treated my husband for malignant melanoma. My husband had surgery and many rounds of chemo. Dr. treated us all with kindness and always took my calls when I had to (frequently) have my husband readmitted into the hospital. When my husband was no longer able to visit his office, he actually came to our home. How many doctors would do that!?

This doctor was on call for my husband's oncologist. When I called his answering service at 7pm and again at 8pm, he returned my call at 11pm and told me he was sleeping in bed. When I asked my questions, he told me he gave instructions to the staff and they know what to do. This is how he treats families of cancer patients. Other reviews have indicated that he does not listen to orders given by doctors he is covering for...resulting in terrible consequences.

The lady who answered the call was very abrupt...like she is in a big hurry to put me on hold. The nurse had no knowledge of simple medical clearance that I needed. No idea at all! I think this office should do more training on their staff so that it doesn't sound like they are uninformed. They need more confidence when they are dealing with their patients. They are not representing the practice well

Excellent Diagnostician, he is a physician that wants to not only know that something is happening but why it is happening. Knowlwedgeable and thorough.

Must change his rude and unprofessional nurse. She will eventually bring his practice down.
