All my visits with Dr. Temprano are fantastic. He is a very knowledgeable and explains everything very well. Very professional as well. Have been going to this Doctor for over 20 years. Thank you Dr Temprano for the best service!!

My last visit with Dr. Temprano was 16 months ago at the East Clinic. In making my next visit I was told that the only openings about 18 months out were at the West Clinic. I wanted the East Clinic and I was told that an appointment would come open and be made available to me. After 16 months this has not happened. Today I tried to call to inquire about an appointment change. First I called the East Clinic and after 20 minutes on hold I gave up. Then I called the West clinic and had the same 20 minute hold experience. Then I called the East Clinic main number and got a person who said that she would transfer my call to Ophthalmology and then I waited another 20 minutes on hold before giving up. One hour total on hold with no response.
