Years ago, when he diagnosed me with clinical depression, I argued with him that I wasn't sad. His analytic words have stuck with me forever, "Depression is not a state of mind." I was so sad when he left Aiken. Wonderful bedside manner and spoke to me like I was a peer.

Took 90mins to be called back once called back it took aanothe 30 min for the doctor to come in. He stayed in 5 minutes barely examined me, and wrote a prescription for something totally different for what I went in for, lucky I review and educate myself on medication before I purchase it . Then I was out of work for 5 days which he gave me an excuse for but refuse to return my paper work to my insurance company, stating that what he diagnosed me with wasn't worth filling out the paper work, because it would be denied, as if that was is call to make. I had to call the office numerous times along with visit the office on several occasions in one day just to get my paper work faxed back after over a month. I will NEVER be returning to Eau claire internal medicine. The doctors are very inconsistent and untrustworthy. It's sad because the area that the office is located in is a predominantly African American area so this office is the only convenient location so some residents have no… where else to got,so they don't care how they treat people. I have a voice and trust it will be heard. I'd rather drive 50 miles then return to this office.
