I have been a patient of Dr DeGuzman for 10+ years and I can tell you that he is so kind, very astute and certainly a knowledgeable physician. I was in a dire situation several years ago and needed his assistance. He treated me with the utmost of care and provided me assurance that I would mend. He is an amazing person! Thank you Dr J.

I don't even know where to start but I saw Dr. DeGuzman almost when he first started his practice, my older sister was his patient and my other older sister was a patient of Dr. Bethancourt. "He had me at hello". I have been his patient for over 20 years now and I feel so deeply comfortable with what ever he feels I should do. I knew him when he had no hair and now he is so cool with his longer hair. His personality also flows to his PAs, can't overlook that they also have this deep caring and commitment. When an urgent care center took X rays, etc and prescribed flu medicine last year and I wasn't getting better I went to Dr. DeGuzman's office in my pjs without an appt. He took one look, checked my chest, asked 2 questions & diagnosed something entierly different and he was on the money! I love my doctor and his choice of assistants.

I have worked with many doctors over the years and DR. DeGuzman is the absolute best. When you go for an appt you fell like his only patient. He spends quality time with you and you never feel rushed. His office staff is amazing also. Top Doc for sure as he has been for many years. Well respected by colleagues and staff for years. It only there was more docs like him!

Dr. DeGuzman was my Dr. prior to moving to SC. I wanted to have his opinion re: my blood pressure. He most willingly saw me (after being away for 3 yrs.) & treated me with the utmost kindness! Having been a RN for almost 40+ yrs., this Dr. has my highest regard! He is one of the finest I have ever met!

Dr. de Guzman has been my doctor for about 5 years now. He feels like family at this point. I don't have that disconnected feeling there like I do in other medical offices. As stated, his personality alone can cheer anyone up no matter how they are feeling. Eye contact is something that most people don't even realize they're missing from doctors until they see this adorable man looking intently at them actually... LISTENING to you.He is caring, laid back, humorous, and very honest. Good luck finding that in most physicians. If I ever move from Arizona, Dr. de Guzman will be one of the things I will miss the most.I live in the east valley and still make the trip to him because he is worth it. If you're looking for a knowledgeable internal medicine practitioner look no further.

Exceptionally skillful doctor.Extremely good at relating to patients.Readily answers questions and givesexplanations that are understandable to thelayman.Shows a very caring personality.Displays a sense of humor.You leave with a sense of well being thatyou were well cared for.He instills confidence in the patient.In short he is a excellent Doctor.
