Dr. John Wendell Baer, MD

Dr. Baer recently delivered our first baby. He was amazing, along with the nurses that helped throughout the whole process. He encouraged questions throughout the entire pregnancy, and was supportive of any decision made. He made the delivery free of stress and truly made our experience one to remember. I have nothing negative to say about him, all positive! Will be returning to him for future pregnancies! Thank you Dr. Baer!

Such a caring physician and professional office staff. I have 3 daughters and have had them see Dr. Baer when they needed their first gyn visit. He has made us all feel very comfortable.

He just delievered my first child 6 weeks ago and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. Through out my pregnancy he always explain things I didn't understand and help me get threw it. During delievery he was very caring and made sure everything went smooth. I would recommened him to anybody.

I went to Dr. Baer throughout my first pregnancy and I have nothing but good things to say about him. He never pushed me one way or another when it came to making decisions about my pregnancy or childbirth but he provided great information. The staff was always courteous. I would recommend him to anyone.

I was refered to Dr. Baer through a friend that is a nurse and sees him herself. She refered me because I had a C-section with my first child and as a nurse explained that there are benefits to trying for a VBAC. I didn't hesitate and went to his office and I was very pleased with his care and service received in his office. The people were all very helpful, every time. Dr. Baer even though specializing in VBAC's never once pressured me that VBAC was the way to go, it was always my choice and I had the option to have a second c-section if I so desired. I ended up having a VBAC and was so pleased with his care in the hospital that I could not be happier. I had many complications with my first child and Dr. Baer helped with making sure that we avoided and watched for any complications the seond time around. I would strongly recommend him. He is a little bit on the blunt side, but that is something I appreciate in a medial professional.

Dr. Baer is caring and hardworking. He does all that you request with little to no issues. Both of my children were born without an episiotomy and naturally by Dr. Baer. Sometimes he has a bit of a wait for appts. or in the office once you arrive in your room, however, this is due to how much time he will spend with you during your check up.

Dr. Baer's office staff were rude, condescending and abrupt. They lost my paperwork, insisted that on my previous visit I wasn't pregnant, and refused to tell me what tests they were running and why. When I expressed my discomfort with their treatment to Dr. Baer I was told I was no longer welcome as a client.

Dr. Baer is the kind of doctor every woman wants. He is kind, caring, easy to talk to and very calm. He has delivered both of my babies and was with me every step of the way. He was at every one of my appointments and made my pregnancies easy and peaceful with his laid back attitude and wealth of knowledge. I have and will send everyone I know to him and will never go anywhere else! I actually looked forward to my appointments...he is a doctor you can trust and will just adore! He truly is the best!
