To start with I tried without success to get a call back from his office for a full week before the cataract surgery, then my paperwork specified the right eye, so that's where I applied the prescribed drops, but when I arrived, they said it was the left eye. Then my eye was not fully numbed when he started cutting so I flinched. He then got angry and swore and continued working even when I told him it hurt. At the follow-up appointment I expected reassurance it would not happen again, but he was still angry and defensive, called me a liar and said he would not do the other eye. Absolutely the worst experience I have had with any health professional, ever.

Very professional, caring, making one feel at ease during examination and surgery.

Just had a routine appointment with Dr. Willer- I was fine but I asked him about a condition that my mother had. He took the time to explain it to me in terms that I could easily understand and now I feel much better!
