Dr. John Eric Zebrack, MD

The most important thing to me when seeking a doctor is trust that he or she is a skilled physician who can take care of my medical issue AND that the person cares about my well being. Dr. Zebrack is both. Unlike most doctors, I generally wait less than 10 minutes to be seen and his medical assistants are very accommodating and pleasant. Highly recommend.

I have been seeing Dr. Zebrack for number of years. He’s taking care of my knees and replaced my right one. I was very happy with it and now I’m going to have my left one replaced. He has a good bedside manner and makes you feel very comfortable.

Having looked through other reviews, I can tell you, my first time visit to Reno Orthopedic Clinic, still has me reeling and in a state of awe!!! From the front entrance, with the friendly person at the door, to the front desk, with the friendly and professional staff to assist with checkin, to instructions to go to the location for my appt, to having the Assistant waiting for me and holding the door for me, to placing me in the closest exam room for my convenience, to meeting Dr. Zebrack for the first time, to his support staff and accommodations, to the discussion with the Scheduler(s). WOW!!! Professional, friendly, considerate...more than 5 Star service!!!

Poor, I went in for great pain in my hips. Dr. Zebrack prescribed cortison shots in both hips and physical therapy. After a course of about six months he told me that the X rays showed that the hip joints were bone to bone and proposed bilateral hip replacement. I went for a second opinion and the second orthopedic surgeon said I only had a simple case of bursitis in both hips. After volteron gel, lidocaine patches and continued physical therapy the problem healed itself! Dr. Quickknife did not get another victim to help pay his mortgage with an unwarranted procedure. There was no misunderstanding here, this was an intentional act as Dr. Zebrack told me my hip joints were "bone to bone." Further X rays and an MRI at another place showed that Dr. Zebrack lied to me to get more money for a profitable procedure.

Dr. Zebrack performed orthoscopic surgery on my knee recently. I no longer have pain and am ready to hike again! Very satisfied!

Pompus rude and demeaning. I was told by my other doctor that I needed to get referred there because of many shoulder issues including a slap tear. He explained nothing about what was on the MRI. He never touched my shoulder when I asked if my shoulder needefd a cleanup I got a one word no with no explanation Sent me home with no follow up appt after PT. HORRIBLE YO HIS PATIENTS. I WILL NOT GO BACK FORTUNATELY I KNOW SOME HEALTH PROFESSIONALS WHO SAID DONT GO BACK AND GAVE ME THE NUMBER TO ANPTHER DOCTOR

Ali has mad skills at doing joint injections. I barely felt it and I have had dozens. Dr Zebrackwas very nice, personable and did not treat me like I was stupid.

I think that Dr. Zebrack and his staff are exceptional. I have several issues and 3 surgeries and they are all so helpful and accommodating. This office is one of the best orthopedic offices I have ever attended.
