Very nice staff excellent doctor

Long overdue for check up and landed at Dr. Kovoor's door. Very warm and welcoming practice. The staff in reception got me in the same day I called for a physical. I did not wait for more than a few minutes to be ushered in the the exam room. Was seen right away by Dr. K. I like his simplistic style of contact. He does not walk in with a lap top. He does not look at a screen when he is taking care of you. He focuses on the person he is attending to. His practice also serves as a teaching site for medical students and PA's. I cannot say that I was a fan of this before, but seeing the way Dr. Kovoor utilizes all his resources makes the office visit easy. He is always available, and if you are like me, in a busy line of work and need a physician to certainly help you, this is the doctor for you. My neighbor recommended him. I am happy that I have switched to this office.

Dr K has delivered outstanding service to our family over the years. He was quick to step up during the covid 19 pandemic. My family was promptly seen and tested and all the necessary follow up was arranged. He has always been here for us.

How can it be so easy to connect with a provider who loves to help? Dr. Kovoor meets you half way and all the way. There aren't ever enough shortcuts that Dr. K hasn't already tried to help reduce your worry. Simple, loyal care is what his office is all about. He has kept his doors open to all us military personnel all these years and he stands with us and by us. God Bless

I am impressed with how well this practice helps this community. Dr. Kovoor and his staff are warm and receptive to persons from all walks of life. It must be because Dr. Kovoor was bred on Tiger's Milk(grass fed). But jokes aside, kudos to him, Waltie, Rosie, Mel and company. I love you guys,

Through three insurance changes I ended up at this doc's office. The transition was smooth. My wait time is under 10 minutes, I am seen the same day if I walk in. The staff are super busy but accomodate me every time. First time for me having a doctor who is also a teacher. Dr. Kovoor is always available, even after hours and at nights. My battle with cancer has been long but prompt care has helped me stay alive. Access to this practice and dealing with a doctor who knows everything about me, eases my fears. He is easy to work with and is a true advocate for my health and safety. Props to Walter and Rosie.

I was on the downward spiral of life, several health issues, depressed and feeling terrible. After 4 months with Dr. Kovoor's care, I can honestly say I am doing much better. My diabetes is finally under control, Asthma is much better with affordable treatments and I have a very good nutritionist. The staff at Dr. Kovoor's office are super. I cant thank them enough for getting me in when I run in off the street. Dr. Kovoor takes pride in his patients doing well. If you want to be reputable and respectable care, Dr. Kovoor and his staff are your ideal choice

15 years at this practice has made Dr. Kovoor and his staff a part of my family. Rosemary and Walter have delivered exceptional service to my entire family. Dr. Kovoor is loyal to all his patients, will go above and beyond the call of duty to provide for his patients. I have had several days where I have had to walk in without an appointment and I was well taken care of. Their practice is part and parcel of the Yonkers community
