Dr. Claybourne went above and beyond to help me during an urgent care visit. She was kind, diligent, and patient with me. She spent 45 minutes with me during a visit to ensure my health was under control. She was knowledgeable and I left feeling comfortable with my diagnosis and health plan. It was a pleasure seeing her, and I hope to visit her again in the future.

I have been seeing doctors at Harbor medical for years and everyone has been wonderful until today. Dr Johvonne Claybourne Should not be seeing patients, She is rude prideful arrogant self-righteous. She didn’t want me to speak and every time I tried to she would look arrogantly at me and speak over me to shut me up. She is very condescending and I am disappointed that Harbor Medical has hired such a person. She should not be seeing patients

She should be doing research in a lab w/rats, and I’d feel sorry for the rats. Never met a person, let alone an MD, so devoid of sympathy, empathy, compassion, patience, caring or kindness. She seemed borderline sadistic, squeezing a bruise even after I yelped in pain and asked her to please stop. No apology, just “I had to do it.” I saw her quite early in the a.m. so it’s not like she had had a bad day. I am still puzzled and traumatized by this encounter days later.

I thought I was seeing an MD. This women yelled as she asked me questions. I am not hard of hearing. I have been a pt at Brigham's and also my family has been treated at this wonderful hospital. This is the most unprofessional Dr I have ever meet.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would! Very rude, condescending and belittling!! Would NEVER recommend her! Should get a bedside manner.. AWFUL! No need to treat patients this way! ??
