She is terrific and with a tremendous amount of experience. She moved from Carepoint Health and we don't know where she is yet.

Dr. Potoczek is very professional and thorough. She explains everything in a way that you can understand and takes her time with you. Highly recommend.

I have been a patient of Dr. Potoczek-Salahi for over 25 years when she first joined the practice with Dr. Diaz. She is the most caring doctor and spends a considerable amount of time with you which is unusual. She listens and never dismisses you. I moved almost 60 miles away in 2010 and drive an hour to see her. When open enrollment comes around I make sure the plan I am interested in has her in it. She is an excellent doctor and I would recommend her in a heartbeat.

Dr. Potoczek-Salahi is the most thorough doctor I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. Therefore, it is a pity that the front office staff is the complete opposite of this. They are rude, unprofessional, and inaccurate with their information. They do not follow up, they do not call you back when they say they will, and they often leave you with unanswered questions. I've been attending this practice for almost 15 years, and this new round of administrative staff is the worst I have encountered. It's disgraceful that such wonderful doctors can be represented so poorly. I won't attend this practice anymore because of this problem. This is a medical practice, not a pizzeria.

My experience was very different then the reviews. The staff was very helpful . I was working with the young light haired heavy set girl on the other hand the Indian girl is a different story. The wait is long but the doctor is wonderful. Worth the wait.

Waited over an hour for my appointment. Staff isn't very professional. Had arguments with a waiting room full of patients. The doc is great but her staff really ruins it.

Not very nice or personable but very good doctor. She often calls with results and doesn't have that long of a wait. Just wish she was nicer. Staff isn't so great or caring either.
