Dr. Jon Albert Cutting, MD

I lived in Eastport, Idaho. I became very ill one day. Out of nowhere. Driving my car. Rushed across the border to Cranbrook, BC, Canada. Surgeon diagnosed massive tumours on ovaries. ( I was very thin). Surgeon took ill next day. My husband asked his GP for a surgeon in Idaho. Recommended a young Dr Jon Cutting. I was rushed to Dr Cutting. Operated on that night. Aged 29. Total hysterectomy. But he saved my life. I would have died within about 6 weeks of cancer. I knew Dr Cutting was young. I was young. He gave me all these years. I am 71 tomorrow. I will never ever forget him. His kindness and concern. I am so so happy to see he is still working? I never thought I would find him again to thank him. From Avril in Scotland. I have been a patient of Dr. Cutting for over 40 years. He never disappoints, is always attentive, and kinder than he needs to be.

I'm sure Dr. Cutting is a wonderful Dr, however, I did not feel comfortable with him. I'm not sure if it's because I was blessed with such a wonderful previous OBGYN (whom moved to another state) or not but the bedside manner just wasn't there....

This may seem pretty random, but Dr Cutting did surgery on me 25 years ago, but I will always remember what a nice person he was, and he had such great bedside manner. He gives a sense of calm, and makes you feel safe and secure in his care.

I have known Dr. Cutting since 1987. He's done 2 surgeries on me and I sailed through them. Now, 30 years later I have no hessitation to seeing him again. I saw him five years ago and he gave me the best advice, which I took, but now I am at a cross road whether to have to have a surgery I put off, and wish I did five years ago. Getting older is more difficult in the recovery process for me. I have had three surgeries this year alone, and see at least two more facing me before the end of the year. But, I still feel confident in my doctor, but not so much for the hospital he works out of . I wish I could put the doctor to the facility I want and trust.

best gynecologist ive ever had. very comfortable, as un-awkward as possible.

i have had dr cutting and his staff for a three of my children. Thay are all great and i was more than happy with all my visits and births.
