He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine in 1984 at the University of Washington Medical Center, Seattle, Washington. He also completed a residency in radiation oncology at the University of Minnesota Hospital and Clinic, Minneapolis, Minnesota in 1987. Dr. Griffith is board certified by the American Board of Radiology and the American Board of Internal Medicine.
