Dr Parott is the most kind and understanding Dr whom I have heen going to for a few years. But on the hand his office staff in the front are so rude. Went to him yesterday May 28 for pain in my hip and leg gave the frobt desk clerk my Blue Cross Blue Shield card from Publix waited a good 10 minutes for her to decide what to do . Told me I needed to go to Valdosta Orthopedic told her no. Went to pay my co"pay which is $30.00 and was charged $61.80 called Publix and they said copay was $30.00. Got a call today that they just called in my medicine; I told her I picked up my medicine yesterday. What is going in with this office it has aleays been great and trustworthy to come to. Very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

This place is horrible and ratchet. The desk women are always rude and ghetto. A lot of the staff maoes it abundantly clear that they don't care. You can't get a referral. It doesn't matter what you need. You won't get any referral from them ever. There was food in the patient rooms all over the floor multiple times when I've had the displeasure of coming her. They treat elderly people like garbage, despite that being most of their patients. I heard open discrimination against Hispanics from the women on the phones. Smh

Very helpful and fast. Even when the pharmacy they sent it to had a few issues, they called and took care of it right away. So grateful and will definitely use them again.

Terrible Dr. I went to see him about an injury that tore my left hand off basically. Asked him to help me out until I could get into a pain dr. and he told me he could do ultram which i am alergic to. He said take it anyways....i tried and was sick again. I called in to report it and see what they could do and he said give me 800mg motrin 3 times a day which I had already explained to him I could not take as I have had GERD & stomach problems since birth. I do not recommend him at all. Uncaring and rude to me during the visit. I would rather go to a medicine man....
