Dr Zirn is the most knowledgeable and kind doctor I know. He frequently goes out of his way to help me because he cares so much. Fantastic doctor and fantastic person!

One star is an understatement on how truly pathetic and rude this doctor is. I thought I was getting hives from a medication I just recently starting taking for my staph infection on my hand as well as having eczema. I visited two weeks ago with the Dr. I normally see and then made an emergency appointment to get in this week to see if I actually have hives which meant I got any doctor working. I knew it was going to be bad when he stormed into the door saying what's your problem without introducing himself. He then looked from afar and said "that's not hives that's eczema do you not know the difference do you need to look it up after this" keep in mind he was yelling at me and was angry for NO reason. Yes I have eczema but never saw dots appearing in a different spot than usual after taking staph meds! He told me to bleach the parts that are infected which would burn my skin! I never got a straight forward answer whether or not to switch meds for precaution or to stay on it. I… walked out crying which I never have done here! Every doctor here is awesome except this one. Do NOT go to this guy. He belittled me instead of educating me.

Dr Zirn is respectful, knowledgeable, cheerful, and kind. A very positive experience overall.

Dr Zirn is a very nice person. However he seems to be over booked every time I have an appointment. I have booked another firm because waiting over 3/4 of hour and not being told he was treating a biopsy and my appt would be delayed I gave up and left.

I made an appt with Dr Zirn for hand eczema. He kept me (and my baby) waiting for an hour in the waiting room, then told me there was basically nothing he could do for me except give me more of the same steroids that weren't working. He recommended that I use crazy glue for the painful fissures. He actually patted me on the leg and called me "kid" on his way out the door after 5 minutes. Go see Dr. Sibrak at Dermatology Associates. Don't waste your time or money on these clowns for actual skin problems. I can't speak to the medispa end of the business.

Dr. Zirn personally followed up on a number of occations. He spent a significant amount of personal time, was very caring and provided excellent guidance on how to care for the site after the procedure.
