Very caring personable care

I really don't know how this women is still a Doctor. I really hope they don't renew her license in 2015. She's s not very knowledgeable in Children's Health. She scares children by telling them that they probably have diabetes and their legs will have to be cut off if they don't take care of themselves. That is the first thing she says before even asking for blood tests to be done. Where does she even get the idea to say those things in front of a little girl? Instead of having a private conversation with the child's parents as to what they are expected to do, she just has no sympathy whatsoever; like seriously, how many people do you know, that have diabetes, have had there legs removed? There is absolutely no need for her negativity and her unprofessionalism. And instead of apologizing, she just replies with a "I don't think I should be treating your child". Well, YOUR RIGHT! YOU SHOULDN'T BE TREATING ANY CHILD. AND, when you ask to pick up all medical records, make sure they don't… document that "You did not follow instructions given by "the doctor"., correct them and let them know that it was because of her unprofessionalism and lack of empathy.

I just want to say that Mahoney Pediatrics has some of the best Doctors in the World!! One of the Doctors (<3 Dr. Wiedrich) met me at their office on Easter Sunday when Summer had a 104 fever because of ear infections just so I didn't have to go to the E.R. Now that's dedication!!! Thank you for everything you guys do.

Our family loves Dr Mahoney and her staff. It feels comfortable and pleasant going for a visit. Most of our needs are met, quick service, easy appointments, clean offices. Happy, and happy!

The care and attention that Dr. Mahoney and her staff provide for the patient is remarkable. Dr. Mahoney takes the time to listen, to answer questions and to follow up on a patient's care following the appointment. The staff is also attentive and friendly. All of my children are patients of Dr. Mahoney. I find her to be completely trustworthy and a very fine and competent pediatrician. I only wish I had discovered her years ago! This is the doctor for your babies, adolecsents and teenagers. Also, I have never been into the office, when it was overbooked and crowded. I have never had to wait more than thirty minutes and the doctor has been gracious and seen us on a number of occasions, when my child was sick and I could not wait to make an appointment. She fit us in-period. Additionally, the office waiting area, hallways, bathroom and exam rooms are immaculate. The paintings, drawings and design of the office is pleasant, easing a child's fears and making them feel more comfortable.

Dr. Mahooney is an amazing pediatrician. My daughter was with a ped. from birth until age 9. Three years ago we went through a terrible diagnosis, surgeries etc. Our pediatrician knew our situation yet always refused blood work as part of our daughter's annual check up. Dr. Mahooney listens and cares for her patient she knows & never forgets what its like to be a concerned mom & she dosen't question our concerns she is amazing I can go on & on but I am limited to how much I can type.

Dr. Mahonney is amazing! We just started seeing her, on our first visit she actually took 20 minutes discussing my daughters medical history & interacting with my child. She discussed preventative care, weight management, blood work & prepping a preteen to understand puberty. What an amazing doctor she actually cares about her patient & implements preventative care which most doctors just address the symptoms not the patient as a whole. We left our ped of 8 years because he refused to perform blood work etc. on my child said it wasen't necessary Dr. Mahonney does it as a standard practice to check for pre-diabetes!

I love this doctor.

The best doctor in the world.

Dr. Mahoney really gets to know your child. She take her time, listens well and pursues a diagnosis diligently. This is such a welcome change after dealing with large pediatric groups where we would always see a different doctor and felt very rushed at each appointment.
