Dr. Jorge Aguilar-Zanatta, MD

Horrible horrible horrible. Do not see this doctor EVER! He is an EVIL man and sad excuse for a doctor. RUN.

He literally sucks. He is a disgrace for the hospital. I am shocked he is not in jail for all the malpractice he has.

This was the worst doctor I have ever seen. I feel really bad for uninformed patients coming to him with the hope of a good care. He is not a good professional at all. And he is not a good person either. Stay away!

I had the worst experience of my life in the psychiatry unit of Danbury Hospital. First I thought it was because of Mr. Aguilar-Zanatta, whom I can never call a doctor with that education and attitude, but I realized it is the whole hospital that sucks and fails any kind of decency standard. Westmed Medical Group should do something about Mr. Aguilar-Zanatta and Danbury Hospital.

First if all, this Dr. has a subpar education and after some light digging through public records and a quick Google search while I waited more than an hour. I found he also has a questionable past. It seems you can find a picture of this guy in an orange jumpsuit from some border town in Texas, as well as, a number of past and current legal cases. It seems he has had some judgments made against him . Im not even surprised he's divorced, but I'm more surprised he was ever married. It seems he owes (drum roll) money to his kid or kids. Seriously, if your a Dr why wouldn't you pay. I may not be as educated or rich, but a day doesn't go by that I don't work to care for my son. The moral character of this man is appalling. Honestly, I really don't know this guy but after waiting hours for poor care, I had to check out who I was meeting out of shear boredom. I met Dr Zannatta by chance at the hospital and instantly felt weary of him. He may dress and present himself adequately or even… genuinely with a soft spoken voice but after 5 minutes anyone would notice that he is insensitive and programmed. He spent more time looking at his watch then at me. I even had had to repeat myself because it was obvious he wasn't listening. It's pretty clear he is here because of chance. He probably hasn't left because of his lack of bedside manners and medical knowledge. I hope he has good insurance because I don't need a watch to tell me time is ticking for the malpractice fairy to meet Dr. Dud.

Outstanding beside manner and has the upmost professionalism. Dr. Aguilar-Zanatta took care of my mom in the hospital and was knowledgeable, respectful, courteous and was able to treat her symptoms effectively. He is an incredible listener and took the time to answer all of our many questions. I wish he had an out-patient practice because he is a high quality physician.
