Dr. Jorge Valenzuela Oliver, MD

Very attentive. Very personable. Really cares about helping and really cares about his patients. Doesn't just try to just get you in and push you out. Knows who you are--but for real, like he asks about your family and life as well. He remembers because he truly cares. So when it comes to helping with medical needs, you can tell that he really cares. He wants to get to the bottom of any issue and he wants to keep you healthy. The staff is very nice, too. Very accommodating. Always a good experience. Both my spouse and I go to him and would recommend him to anyone. When he switched offices, we followed even though it was further.

OMG, does not sound like my doctor at all. Been seeing him for years. Took excellent care of my father while deteriorating. Takes superb care of me, my sister and now my mother in law. Highly highly recommend.

This doctor was assigned to me by my health insurance as my primary care. My first appointment was rushed but they answered some questions I had and drew some blood. I had concerns that weren't addressed at my first appointment, and my health was deteriorating so I made a 2nd appointment. There was a 2 and a half month wait for the 2nd appointment. The morning of the appointment, a Friday, they called me to cancel because the doctor was ill. This was the 2nd time they had to reschedule on me. They rescheduled the appointment, and I asked them to print my records so I could come pick them up, as I wanted to review them. When I arrived I was informed the doctor was actually on vacation the following week and left early. I told them I didn't appreciate being lied to. Maria the office coordinator attempted to backtrack the vacation remark. I was then sent a letter letting me know I was dropped as a patient and can no longer utilize Physicians Primary Care for "inappropriate behavior" This… office is unprofessional. The staff is rude, condescending, and arrogant. Do not waste your time or patience with this doctor or his staff.

This Dr. was very rude. Waiting weeks to get an appt and dismissed before he even addressed all of my concerns.
