The entire staff of Digestive Disease Consultants at their Altamonte Springs, FL location were friendly, professional and thorough. This was my first time with this office and I highly recommend them. I went in for my 60 year colonoscopy and Dr. Zapatier was personal, professional, and explained the entire process during my consultation, which relieved my anxiety. A week later I returned from my procedure and again the staff was A+. The pre and post procedural process was flawless.

The whole team made this experience amazing. While driving home from my Colonoscopy with my wife. I was telling her how amazed I was with how easy the whole process was. Every person on the team was so nice and helpful. The world would be a better place if everyone treated each other like how they treated me... Thank you so much!!!

Excellent Dr, very professional . I will recommend Dr Zapatier and the office staff too. , they were kind, and sweet!!!!!!! The facility is very clean and update!!!!!

It was a great experience working with Dr Zapatier. He takes his time and explains everything to ones satisfaction. He has a very nice bedside manner. In reference to billing I had issues. I was told that if my insurance did not cover the screening procedure 100% I would be notified. After my procedure I received a $700 bill. Office needs better communication with procedure patients.

Dr. Z is amazing. He was kind, patient and took a great deal of time explaining the process to me. He has a great sense of humor and I truly felt that he cared and was listening to me. Thank you, Thank you Dr. Z...you made this as easy on me as possible!
