I have been a patient with Dr. Barahona since 2006. He is a very good doctor, and I would love to keep him as my doctor, but his staff are unorganized and rude. They refuse to answer the phone for appointments or cancelations. And now want to charge me a fee for not showing up for an appointment. So they won't let me see Dr. Barahona so I can continue my care in which he is and has been crucial for me. What do I do? Legally they can't charge me for not showing up to my appointment because they don't answer the phones and they did not confirm my appointment.

I really dislike the fact that I had an appointment at 12:45 and didn't get called in till about 3. It is unbelievable to be waiting so long if one has an appointment. And the one time I went in as a walk in they took 4 hours to actually call me in. They should do something about their wait time.

my appointment was at 12:30 and I was told by the staff he would be in after 1:30 due to hospital rounds. I was seen by the doctor who was very attentive to my medical needs and I found his medical assistants to be very helpful in explaining my medication, which by the way I was given samples by the doctor...and this was very helpul since I am on a budget. definitely a keeper

only problem i have is his appointment times had a appt at 11:30 got there and about 12:15 i asked how long are we waiting for the girl behind the desk told me dr.Barahona wasnt there yet he was still doing hospital visits he gets his patients to come in and herd like cattle in his small office space to wait till he comes in at 12:30 some what like a messiah.. sorry but finding another dr
