Dr pinto good .Staff totally out of control , incompetent, hangs up on you puts you on hold won't let you talk with Dr. Doesn't turn your blood work or other testing orders in. A month ago the office manager removed our records from system saying we longer wanted to be patients. To this date Dr Pinto has not responded to a requested face to face or at the very least a phone conversation. I had discussed his staff's behavior with him for years but he has not seen fit to correct his staffing problems. So very sad ?? that a great Doctor allowed this behavior .

We switched to Dr. Pinto about a year or less ago. Mom has alzhiemers, ... Dr. Pinto spoke to her and I face to face. Truly genuinely cares! Mom looked at Dr. Pinto and said your my new doctor. He replied yes. Mom said, "I don't care what the insurance says, I am not ever going to switch doctors your my doctor for ever". Today I can say from experience now, Dr. Pinto is Excellent.

Have been a patient there a couple of years. Some of the office staff are very rude. Care is fine...but I got sick of the poor communication and rudeness of some the staff. I don't believe I should have to go through so much to have information faxed or concerns addressed.

If anyone needs a great doctor that cares about his patient and family, Dr Pinto is the one. Dr Pinto hgot my husband out of a bad situation and he is on the road to recovery. We would not trade Dr Pinto for anything in the world. Dr Pinto and his staff are fantastic and kind. Thank you again Dr Pinto

dr Pinto is a caring and compassionate person . He has a wonderful and caring bedside manner. He takes his time and listens to you and solves the problem. Dr Pinto saved my life two years ago because he listened and didn't give up. If my husband and I could we would rate Dr Pinto a 10.

Great Doctor and Staff, sad to see anyone write anything bad because they really take care of your medical needs and are sweet. I witnessed someone yelling at the girl up front because they couldnt get their controlled substance right away, shame on them. They dont just give people what they ask for, they do what is right for the patients health. Love this sweet doctor and his PA Emily is great! If you want excellent care and people that listen and help you go here.
