I knew Dr. Jose Rios for about 19 years. Dr. Jose Rios was my daughters pediatrician, he was very professional, polite and the most important, always worried about my daughters health, especially for the little one who had a lot of medical problems

The Dr. is great, polite and friendly. Definitely recommend as a Pediatrician. As a mom of my son than has special needs it is truly important to have that quality in Pediatrician.

The Staff is Very Unprofessional, Not caring ..rude! Unsympathetic, inconsiderate & awful..just to name a few! I had the worst experience with the front desk every time I had a visit with my child, especially the Practice administrator Name Monica Y. Brahmbhatt, she is very nasty, bad attitude and VERY unprofessional. The entire front staff needs to go back to school and learn respect, how to treat others. They need to understand is a Children's Doctors Office not a boot camp. I really love Dr. Rios and he is the best, a great Doctor but He's front staff is just plain AWFUL. I Try to keep coming even when the Staff is so unprofessional always. But after the worst experience with the Practice administrator Monica Y. Brahmbhatt that was beyond Rude!!!!She should do herself a favor & sharpen her bedside manners and listening skills. If she can't do that, she needs to find another job, if she's not happy with her job..I have never experienced such poor patient care from a medical facility.… DO NOT recommend coming here whatsoever!
