Dr. Jose Rosales

I just want to know if anybody knows were is DR Rosales? ,we are his patients and there is no phone working I have called a couple of times and answer is this phone is not working so there is no one in the ofice , so what happend if we need to call him?if anyone knows please answer back!!

Used to feel like he was a great doctor, but the past couple times I've seen him he's been quite rude to me. He made a sexist comment and made nasty, unnecessary comments about my weight when I'm only a size 12. Made me feel like I was twice my size. I went home and cried for hours. No doctor has ever been so hostile with me. Needless to say, I won't be back ever again. I'm going to switch doctors next year. I hope I find someone with better 'bedside manners' next time. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because he used to be nice and his receptionist people are super, super nice. Maybe something is going on in his personal life and he chose to take it out on me, but I don't put up with that nonsense.

I've known and have gone to Dr. Rosales for over 25 years, in the beginning he had some of the best people you could have for office staff. but those folks have flown the coop. What he has in his office now are some of the laziest , worthless, creatures God Ever put on this earth to say the least. needless to say , I highly regard and count my blessing to have Dr. Rosales for my Doctor. But some how he's relying on some of the worst people to ever work in a Doctors office, it's as though they are trying to destroy his practice behind his back.

Switched to him after my old doctor wanted me to come in 4 times a year like an old person. With this doctor, I just go for my yearly visit and it goes smoothly every time. My old doctor wanted to do just about every test imaginable all the time, but this doctor has respect and integrity and does not push unnecessary exams or medications. He is honest and I appreciate that.

He’s a great doctor with great knowledge and sound judgement. Nice guy too

I called seven times. First trying to confirm an appointment, then to try to cancel the apt when it got to close to the time to get there. First three I got the answering service. Two of which were during office hours. After I did get the office, I realized the person answering the phone had put me on hold. I didn't hear her say anything, but realized I was talking to no one. So I called back to hear a faint "hold" or that is what I expected it to be. I was so frustrated. The red tape it took me to get the apt for a follow up after hospital stay. Now I am back to square one. Call me if you read this.

I've been a patient of Dr. Rosales since 2004 and now my husband is also a patient. I love that Dr. Rosales spends time to get to know you and your specific situation. I appreciate that he even came to see me at the hospital on a Sunday afternoon to check up on me. Since he is affiliated witht he hospital, he can access your medical records right from his office. The office staff is excellent...friendly and knowledgeable. I have never called when sick and not been seen the same day. As with any practice, there is a wait time, but I've always made it out within the hour. I even ran into him in public and he stopped to say hi and ask how I was doing. Dr. Rosales, you're the best!
