The Dr cancels more appointments than he keeps. He believes that a 3 minute call every two months can be effective. Prescribed medication that has harmful side effects including increased side effects. When I called 4 times 2 of which said urgent he never called back.

This is more than 5 times you have sent my prescriptions to more than one pharmacy how many times does it take to get the right one you have Been my Dr for over 20yrs and yet when I leave your appt things always go wrong and of course your never available to correct your mistakes no apology required because your the best there is I am so upset already dealing with other illness and I am this close to a nervous breakdown a day after my appt I can't check myself in because it's worthless and I have many tests to endure very scary you could care less no one probably reads this but thank you for not being available to fix your mistakes I think you don't care one bit no one probably reads this I used to think you were the best but I'm having serious doubts
